Drink Your Water!

This is the time of year when everyone is very busy planning, cooking, cleaning, doing pretty much everything except taking care of themselves.

There is one very simple thing you can do for yourself that will bring you amazing health benefits and keep you feeling well through this busy time - drink water!

Our bodies are made up of about 70% water. When we don't drink enough water we become dehydrated, which can result in headaches, muscle cramps, and overall irritability. Water can even help to reduce depression symptoms.

Sometimes when we are busy and tired we resort to things with caffeine in them to keep us going - did you know caffeine actually robs your body of hydration? Have your coffee, but follow it up with water!

Do yourself a favor, carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go. Just sipping on it throughout the day will make a difference.
